How To Schedule

Dr. Thomas Bowles and Dr. Garrett Karow is currently accepting new patients. Call or text our office today at 941-923-3545 to schedule an appointment. If you are suddenly unable to make your appointment, please call or text us at least 48 hours before your appointment date to reschedule.

What To Bring

Our dental staff strives to provide prompt dental treatment to every patient. In order to keep on track, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early and bring the following items when you visit our practice for your initial visit:

Insurance Information/Card
Any medical records pertaining to your visit including an up to date medication list
Photo Identification

We process most dental insurance plans and our staff will prepare all the necessary forms for your dental benefits. However, keep in mind that your policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company.

Please know that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated.

In-House Dental Savings Plans

Once services have been rendered, it is expected that you pay any remaining balance, unless other arrangements have been made. This includes any co-payments or deductibles (amount not covered by your insurance).

For your convenience, our office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & CareCredit.
